State Meeting Lodging Information for 2008

Here are our recommendations for lodging for the 2008 Illinois State
Association. I have negotiated group rates with all; when anyone calls the
hotels to make a room reservation they should just ask for the group rate for
the FWB state conference/Tanner Trails Community Church. There are several
hotels in our general area, but this is the short list because of proximity,
quality, and our familiarity with the facilities. We have a block of rooms held
with each hotel until 30 days prior (2/13/08) to our event, at which time any
rooms not reserved are released to general reservations (try to make your
reservations prior to 2/13 if possible; otherwise you may have to call around to
find a vacancy).
In order of our preference:
1) Hampton Inn & Suites
Closest to Tanner Trails (1 mile), best accommodations and close to a variety of
restaurants.
